So it's been probably 2 years since I've posted but I thought I'd give you all a gander at the brand new RentOmaha.com v2.0 running on our hybrid 1.5x rental mod that I've been building for the past week.

This is replacing our old PHP-Nuke theme we stole from PHP-Nuke and modded into OR.

New Features:
- New Custom Theme
- Single Theme integration
- New Search Switches
- New Listing Types (Apartments, Homes, Storage, Commercial, Furniture, Automotive, & Eqiupment)
- Omaha Movie Showtimes / In Theatres
- Omaha Weather (weather.com sdk)
- Apts / Storage has buildings / featured property mod
- Apts / Storage has Virtual Tours
- Yahoo Neighborhood / Schools
- Contact forms

Check it out, I'd would love the feedback..

Work still in Progress:
- Agent Membership Types (monthly/yearly billing cycles, referral based contacts)
- CVS Importation
- Site content / Listing RSS
- New Members area (New Saved Listings / Searches)
- List Area (completing)
- Moving Center (completing)
- and more..

Here's the old thread in case you guys want to see more of the rental mod that we built.

Let me know what you guys think!

nice to see someone else still using 1.5x.
and a very good job of it too.

I think its a lot more flexible than 2x

I really like the clean look. Quick and easy to see what's available and easy on the eyes. I've had a link to your website for several years now and always check back from time to time.

I have created about 45-50 sites using the 1.x version because it is more flexible. I've used it for animal rescue websites, church websites, even chamber of commerce websites. Since I donate my time to build these websites and the websites thmselves for free, it's a real benefit to the non-profit groups I help.

I posted a help question yesterday that perhaps you may know the answer to concerning the 1.x version. If you have time please check our the thread. I need to learn how to create a two column searchbox layout.

Your site is great and I'll keep checking on it as you finish it.

Thanks guys. 2.x is great but its an overkill for what we need here in the Omaha Market.

I'll check out your support post.
