as a pilot im running a site fir a spanish real estate agent. The system is bilingual, except for the text fields. It would be possible adding extra fields for english texts, but that would force them to enter english text. If anyone knows of a good real-time translator, id be glad to hear of it.

Soon ill add a user notification system, that wil automatically send a mail when a new object is added to the database that meets a users requirements.

Once the customer decides to buy, ll be gld to make a donation

Hi Fred,

thanks for the kind words. Actually Im not really pleased with the design as it is. It is really nothing more than a tweaked variant of the original design. All I did was take out the td with the original buttons and create new buttons in the top template. I also made some changes in the style.css, but thats basically it. Nothing you couldnt do im sure. Just take a look at the source and youll work your way through.

Oh, yeah, for the bilingual text, I actually create separate html files that hold the relevant text, and include them on the fly.

Hope this helps

Clean and tidy layout.

How did you get the full stop after the thousands?

I've got this...

450,759.00 and you have 450.759,00 which is the correct way for the Spanish to read.
