Hello,

Would it be possible to make openrealty self-replicating so that a realty-company could kind of start a sort of franchise?

The idea is that would-be salespeople could, with a click on a button, have their own branded site and receive a commission on sales (whereas the original realtycompany would of course receive the bulk)
The same listing would be in use by several agents.

self-replication is probably not needed.

Let's say a real-estate company wants to market their properties through a distributor-network.

Each agent in that network would have a generic website.
Whenever an inquiry comes through their website an email would be sent to the distributor and the main real estate company who would handle this.
When a sale is made, the distributor receives a commission.

So, there is one database maintained by the real estate agency and for example 100 distributors who market the site (probably alongside their other activities)

So, when a inquiry is made, the real-estate company needs to know from which agents website it comes.
The OR-script allows for agents to upload their own properties but in this case that is not needed nor wanted as they only act as marketeers.
Inspection trips, paperwork, ..., everything is handled by the RE-co.

Any ideas?
Maybe it is already possible?
tips & tricks?

Thank you,
Chriz

hey guys,

but how will the referrals be tracked????

the realy company can make the sale and the distributor will never know.

and if the distributor complains, the realty company can say: "this customer came from our print or radio advertising".

Quite simply because each inquiry generates emails sent to all the involved parties as OR already does when for example using the inspection-MOD.
