this is my latest and greatest OR project:

http://www.homesbycampus.com

I posted something similar to another thread, but decided to post here too for people who want to see what is possible with OR.

Thanks to wobblyboy (http://www.open-realty.org/support/search.php?searchid=37) for the slideshow tips, i finally got it working.

I integrated PayPal for the creditcard part, and
PayByCheck for the check part. PayPal at 3% is not
the best option in my opinion, most landlords can't afford that kind of a hit.

This is the third site I have done this way, OR keeps getting better and I do too. thanks to all who have contributed, especially ryan and greengiant.

Do you have an alternate site for people who do not have the plugins that your site requires?

Hi! Is the pay rent online script (and the maintenance request script) available from somewhere?

I want to implement that feature too.

Thanks!

hi,

reply back if you are intereseted in cross-marketing ( i get a space on your website in exchange for my experience) i also would need to be paid for my time. my main sites get thousands of $$ in rent payments monthly.

Thx for a quick reply. Cross marketing won't work mainly because my site is not up yet. Also it's going to be local...not much use for you, i think.

I don't have much money right now...so I guess I figure it out myself. I hope you don't mind answering questions when I get stuck...
