I created this template with a CSS based menu. I think it's pretty clean, but the client wanted much different. I'm including all the image files and the photoshop layered files. Also a sample image of what it looks like.

If you like it or even use it please let me know.

I have also downloaded this template and I will be happy and grateful.

The same goes for ALL the contributions of so many dedicated members of this forum. I am sorry that I cannot repay such with some contribution of mine nor with some donations, since I am unemployed presently (hoping to be able to put something together that I could sell)

Thank you

That template is sweet!

Is there a tutorial on how to customize the templates?

I want to learn how to make a template similar to this one in this thread.

I did a search, but didnt find anything that really explains the template system.

Snipe asked:

Is there a tutorial on how to customize the templates?

Check out:

http://www.open-realty.org/support/showthread.php?t=1752

You could use the table model found there and put your customizations into the appropriate table cells.

There are also several articles using a CSS model. Check out the template

http://www.open-realty.org/support/showthread.php?t=3572

it was designed to be easily customized through a CSS style sheet.

See also: http://www.open-realty.org/support/showthread.php?t=3309

Finally, the best way to learn is take the basic models that have been tested and experiment with them.

Hope this helps
