Hey I noticed several threads dealing with remax templates, has anyone considered making a century 21 template? C21 has there own web pages for their offices but most private offices make thier own due to the limitations and non-user friendly setup it has. Any one willing to make an attempt?

Post a sample of what you want and I will set it up as a CSS template.

Forget the floating balloon, I don't need any flash. Instead of the remax logo in the top left I just want the C21 logo. The house or a sign image. Also if the colors could be differant from the default blue that would be good. Not too pick on the color as long as it's soft and easy on the eyes. Don't want anything that someone wouldn't spend much time on because of eye strain. :) It's funny how long I looked for a setup like this only to find it's been under my nose the whole time in the control panel of my hosted server. I'm really impressed with the setup. I just started taking database classes and will move on to PHP after that so who knows, I might be useful here somewhere down the road.

the site appears good pretty cut and dry. the baloon on the left makes my eyes hurt as i am trying to see the page it goes up and down. then again it might be because i should have gone to bed a few hours ago. either way i would just work on the theme design to make it more smooth less rough. not sure that made since but it does to me. good luck.

Hi Balaso,

That is the vertical-menu template which I have already porteded to css. Check http://aSiteAbove.com/realty, go to the bottom of the index page and change the template to "A css makeover of verical-menu!." If you want I can replace the logo with the C21 and change the menu and left column to match your example or leave it as is.

Frank

Hey, that looks really good. I think if you just change the logo to a C21 one and left the menu set up like your example here http://aSiteAbove.com/realty, that would be great.

You can download the template at: http://aSiteAbove.com/realty/downloads/c21.zip If you need any help in getting set up, post your questions here. This is a CSS template so it may take a little time to get used to it.

If you like the template, I would appreciate the url and a brief note (1-2 sentences) to put on my web site.

Frank

Here is the link you wanted.

hopefully everything will be updated and listings added before too long.

As far as a note, pretty much anything saying I really like open-realty and love the template you made for me is fine. Thanks again!
