Hi,
i have a domain http://2000down.net that i am trying to use as a "bonding" tool with realtors. my mortgage site is http://www.millenniummortgageinc.net

i am going to provide the realtors i meet at closings with a free site to advertise their listings on.

if anyone is interested i could be more specific on how i would like the home page to look and the links that i would need. i don't have the time or know how to do this myself.

we just can't afford to purchase a big fat software package, so wanted to go down this road first.

thanks.

Thank you for everyone's response.

Hello, I am a Canadian web programmer that have been using o-r for along time now. I work with local mortgage broker companies in Canada that are doing the same thing as you request. If you require referances, just let me know. All work is in Canadian funds. One of the mortgage sites that I work on right now is http://www.ontario-bestrate.com - they provide free mortgage rate charts for realtors and free websites as well. Just let me know, thx Steve :)

I have been using O-R for about 9 months. I used another .asp websolution for about 2 years, but I moved servers to Linux. Most of the layouts and such are similar to what I have been using for about 3 years.
