Hey all -

I just got my platform up and running. I'm planning on cleaning up the templates a bit, but wanted to share. Feel free to add your listings to the directory.

Thanks Rodney. Now all we need is for some people to post their properties on the site. All of you realtors out there, feel free to post your deals with us - http://property.biggerpockets.com

I like it.
Nice re-work of OR.
I'd just change the layout/look 'n feel of the OR stuff, like listings/login/... to match the main page a bit more.
I like the articles section .. added value for the site.

I will make the same comment I do to a lot of other Property websites... Those big blue borders on the images look really bad, so does the big text under your featured properties... I would work on that if I were you as the rest doesn't look too bad. All links in blue don't look to good either, it kind of attackes the eye too much, and gives an effect of an overcrowded site, if you see what I mean. You want to keep it simple, and not so agressive to the eye. Keep the agressivness for the featured properties, but try and find another border colour, and text size/layout/font.

Here is an example of what I mean :

http://www.propertieswebsite.com/english/houses/index.php?state=Aquitaine&action=searchresults

Please don't take notice on the layout of the ads, it doesn't look like anything for the moment as I'm working on it, but at least you can see what I mean by the use of less agressive colors for the title of the ads and the borders on the photos. Being less agressive doesn't necessarily mean that the ads don't stand out as much, quite the opposite.
All the best.

Nice site, but on IE 6.0 & FF your combo boxes for your search page are all over the place....could just be my screen res, but may not...

I tend to keep the search down to a min, so customers get a result especially when not many properties on!

Search boxes are all over the place for me to on IE at any resolution. Plus there's code errors on all pages (except for the home page on the first visit). Probably a js error in user top.

This post can be ignored... I had commented here about previous couple of posts thinking they were aimed at my website.... My apologies.

Just posted after you displayed your screen dump...I think you have mixed up your site with someone elses site.

Your screen dump isn't the same site as POST number 1 this thread!

My need MODERATING!

Oh... That's not my site you were talking about... I was so worried, I've spent an entire week getting my design to be completly compatible in IE and in FireFox, sorry for posting so much about it, I was just feeling so bad after spending so much time on bug testing...
