I went to Offut Innovia. They provide several IDX solutions, two are a framed approach and the third appears to be an integrated approach. Unless they have a contract with your local MLS they probably do not have any MLS data that you can import. Most likely, what they do, is download the raw IDX data from your local MLS convert it to some propritary database and lease it to you. Most integrated IDX solutions can not be integrated into open-realty because the provider holds the data on their own server and leases it to you on a monthly basis.

Take a look at http://broadwaykeys.com and go to the Properties & MLS. This is a fully integrated IDX into open realty. The site is still in testing phase, and we have not completed all the design features. If you are looking for something similar let me know and I can advise you how to proceed.

Best Regards,
Franks

Thanks Al

Hey Frank,

The broadwaykeys.com site is looking good.

The view agents page is not working.

How many of those 2000 listings belong to your Agent Bruce?

How long are the properties on the market before beign bought in your area?
