I am looking into paying somebody to make a template for an Open Realty site I run. I was working on my own, but I suck at web design and PHP. Currently it is running the default template. The site is www.helpmeronda-realestate.com and the one I was working on can be found at http://helpmeronda-realestate.com/openrealty/index3.php and http://helpmeronda-realestate.com/openrealty/index2.php . I need something similar to the index3.php page... and pretty much barebones. All I need is a page to browse the listings, and then view the listings individually. All of the other pages, such as the contact page, exclusive builder page, etc, would just be done like a normal website.. add content to it manually.. nothing to do with the listings, dont need a mod for it. So I was just interested in how much it might cost to get somebody to do this for me. Thanks in advance!

the price you pay for a design does refelct the amount of hours you want put into it.

bascily a simple design could start at around > 150$ - 2-3 hours work

if you need something really cool, like in flash, custom area mapping, custom listing views and browse, a couple of extra pages for things like sellers, buyers and such like, this could go upto 3 or 4 times the 150$ 1-2 days work

the next level upwards of >1000$ your looking at a very nice site that could take 100 hours of design and be geared towards a specfic niche or market. 1-2 weeks work

as I mentioned, I dont need all of those pages, I only need one page. That is all, the browse listings page. And I just need it to fit in with my current template that I built.

The template I provided you does just that.

The template is just that a template. The way it is designed you can choose to use it or not by changing the files you include in your link calling the next page.

If you want your other pages to look alike the use of the template would make this much easier. If you have to change the header of your page you only do it in one place rather than in every page you have created.
