Cant Login As Member and No Confirm Emails

Im not able to login as a member and no email replies are given for new meber or agents a am recieving listings emails and password emails...I used the snippet of code your user manager it didnt work..

Is there a way to have agents make new accounts with me adding them? Id like the agents or users to be able to add there listings without any approval

Is there a way to have agents make new accounts with me adding them? Id like the agents or users to be able to add there listings without any approval>> admin/index.php >> site configuration >> scroll down to " agent permission settings" >> set fitst item:: moderate agents=NO
