Help - change of field name

Hi,

I am trying to change one field on the listings page - I want to rename 'Contact Agent' to 'Contact Seller'. I can not find the words 'Contact Agent' in any of the lines of code.

Can someone please tell me where to find this field?

All the text in OR can be found in the include/language/en/lang.inc.php file.
