Version 2.0.4ERROR - UPDATE default_controlpanel SET controlpanel_basepath ='/home/phishybu/public_html/phragzone', controlpanel_baseurl = 'http://www.phishybusiness.co.uk/phragzone/'

Hi all,

I tried to install open realty and got a load of php error messages that after a google search I assumed the best way round was to try a re-install using the upgrade path.

The above error message is the result..

Can any of you help me to figure this out please, firstly it would not recognise my database settings and I clicked enter with nothing entered apart from what was already on the std form ( localhost, URL and path etc) and it then told me that it had installed ok and to click to create.

That brought up a page full of errors, so I tried re-install via upgrade and now am completely stuck

pleaease help..

cheers

A quick update...

I realised that my server offered an install of 1.1.5b so I deleted the previous installation and set that up, all ok so far. I could get into admin and change the settings so I figured all was ok to upgrade and it would be smooth!

So I choose the upgrade from 1.1.5 option, input the db settings and all went ok, it took me to create tables so I clicked and then.,......

THIS FILE IS SETUP BY THE INSTALL.PHP FILE
Warning: main(/include/misc.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/phishybu/public_html/phragzone/index.php on line 57

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/include/misc.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/phishybu/public_html/phragzone/index.php on line 57

So my question now is...

How do I sort this latest problem out? Is there some really easy setting I am missing or am I just a dumbass?

cheers

Maybe you'll have to stick with 1.1.5b..... Could be your host doesn't support the higher requirements of 2.0. Of course, I'm not knowledgeable of this stuff, I'm just guessing. I'm with Site5.com and everything is working great with 2.04
