This may be true, but as an avid debater, i will take devils advocate position here...:) you say this i gather based on the initial cost? as a person in business i can tell you that initial cost is the least expense of any item, generally up keep and running cost outweigh the initial cost... the added hours to get going and modify also figure in, and is high, higher on some than other software programs...

i visit the interactive tools site often , they (users) show a very high satisfaction rate, and support is very good, that is one thing they (users) pay for. and a high percentage of the persons that purchaced the program are X users of open-realty....

I have so far been able to get OP to run, and a touch customised, but on trying a few add on ideas was not succesfull and even broke other things, yes the broken things i got fixed, but the other just abandoned, as i will suggest many others have done.

I am not complaining, just adding the flip side of the coin is all....

albert,

To be fair though, the mod page says that they are not supported, if they were i would have included them in the release. And i have used interactive tools Realty Manager.. It limits the number of fields per listings, which we dont, and there are no addons last i checked.. I also some other issues with it, but i dont want to start a flame war.. Is open-realty perfect. No, but you will not find better support anywhere.. And if you want higher priority support.. Feel free to contact me directly and ask i am sure i can agree to provide priotrity support for lets say $100 install which is half the cost of Interactive Tools Realty Manager... :)

Addons? If this means any of my mods supplied from the mods area i would prefer to know about them breaking sites so that they can be fixed or removed.
To the best of my knowledge the only mod giving trouble is the original page editor also included in the full mod release. This editor is not recomended nor does it in any way connect to the or system and all advice has been simply do not use it.
So if your having trouble with others please be specific to save the same happening to others :)
They are not supported but they are meant to be working..
