1) How would I change the agent view.

I have to agree that the grid pattern for the agents.. just displaying a picture and the Name and possibly email address in small text below the picture would be a great layout for the view_users.php page.

The current verticle list can get kinda long for a company that has 50+ agents listed.

Although, I'm not sure this would be a simple thing to code however.
