If I supply the graphics/banner image, but hire you to do everything else including two databases (one for home sales and one for rentals), What would you charge? (You can make it just like an existing site you created if that makes it easier). I will give you my username and password (and any other info you might need) for my hosting account (dreamhost.com) so the work includes the install.
Here's my specifics. I want the same site on multiple domains and all the domains will share the same server (10 domains). I want to use the version 2.2 or higher. Use whatever is the easiest way to make the rental and sales search. I want Both searche buttons on the site (on the homepage so it's one of the first things they see).
