My site is based off the mod by Christina... let me know what you think. Only thing left is to have logo designed and add description for featured listings.

8) Very Nice...

One little comment:)
In the outside links such as some of the resource links would it be better to put these pages in a retun to site frame allowing a method back to your site? Since they open in place of your site you are allowing clients to leave but not offering a way back..
Only a thought i still think its good

Great Site.
I have two questions
1) How do you get the WYSIWYG editor in the signup forms (for info)?
2) How do you do this part http://www.home2sell.net/buyernotification.php

If you are up to sharing.
May not be much but you can see if you can use anything fron the links below. sharing would be great.

The editor is a great freebie from interactivetools.com. i have it in use in one of my updated mods and found it very easy to work with/install.
Downside:
its not good for macusers so use is restricted. I am waiting for some input from mick as to what happens if your on a mac but i hope it simply turns into a normal text box again.

See, he has PayPal integrated. Wish he could share his great work here.

I *think* because he is using an OR to Nuke module, so he is just using a Paypal Nuke module as well. That's my impression from a quick look at the site.

Feedback from mick on this editor is not good for mac users :(

But allthough they cannot see or use the editor they do stull have the text box so personally i thinki i will be useing it for now. Not recommende if your admin is on a mac but a warning to mac agents should be enough.
They would need to paste in there text or type it..

I got it from http://www.interactivetools.com/products/htmlarea/. It's really easy to configure. Only thing is you can't use it in form where fields have same name...for example you can't use it on the page where you upload photos because the description field appears multiple times.

The Editor available as above..
The mods not quite ready as yet due to all mods being fully integrated to work via the adobe system.
The editor script is used quite a bit throught all the updated mods.

Thanks for the tip RealtyOne. I thought I had set them up to open in another window. I don't know how to do the "return to frame", so I'll just use _top or _blank (whichever one opens a new window).

Actually, the site is not a OR to Nuke module. I am using PayPal IPN to process the payment ,activate the listing and set expiration date based on subscription choice. For mor info http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/xcl/rec/ipn-intro-outside

I've modified so much that the buyer_notication probably wouldn't be of any use to you.

Since i am currently working on a paypal mod along the same lines any help in that direction would be great.
If you have your paypal stuff available i would really appreciate a copy. It would be used to make a mod for the current source and i would give you credit for your your work..

if you want i cant post the code or send you the code to make a framed return page but your right opening on top is just as good..

Andre,

I am curious how you did the following :

http://www.home2sell.net/buyer_submit.php

How does buyer_submit.php interact with the database, and did you have to modify any of the database tables ?

What module have you written to e-mail people when a property matching their criteria becomes available ?

I am sure a lot of us would be happy to know how you have done this

With Well Wishes,

Rob

Working from memory...I built a new table to store the values from the buyer notification. I compare the values in this table against the listingsDB table and listingsDBElements table. I select the listingID and email from the values which match. I send emails to the email addresses selected. I set the script up as a CRON job to run each night.

Andre,

Job well done.
I'm wondering if you can show me how to put a picture infront of each Home/Communiti Features... here's the sample http://www.nhao.com/realty110/listingview.php?listingID=1

Thanks

Oh, do you remember me? OpenRealty to OpenAuto ?

footprint,

Open Style.php

Find

function renderTemplateArea($templateArea, $listingID)

Inside this function Find:

echo "$feature_list_item<br>";

Replace with:

echo "<img src=\"images/checked_box.gif\">$feature_list_item<br>";

Make sure you uploaded the "checked_box.gif" to your /images directory.

Example of this in action:

Follow what Mick said. I did mine through my stylesheet by setting an image for the <li> tag. Yes, I remeber you.

Other Mac problems not just on the admin side include the overlaping layers or frames on every page. Half of the heading at the top of each page is cut off.

Also any buttons on the left menu above "Log In" are also not accessible.

I would seriously consider re-doing all of the templates to make sure that they comply with web design standards.
