Hi:
I have a customer who wants a website like allhud.com (please check). To sumarize he's requirements are as follows:
1. No pics of properties on front page just plain text Information and a small flash animation.
2. Unlike the allhud.com website which is nationwide he just want to have only one state. We can override the map... so in this case we only need links to the different counties where he has properties at the moment (he must be able to create counties from admin).
3. After selecting the county the website must show the listings with no pic, just property name, beds, bath, owner, pricing and links to more details, exactly as the sample provided.
4. After click on details unlike the sample, he just want a join us form.
5. He's going to be offering 1, 4 an 12 months paid suscriptions and that option is going to be in that join us form.
6. For suscription payments he would like to use paypal.
7. After payment is received the customer will get an email with a username and password to access all data where the regular OR listings will appear.
This is a great oportunity as he wants to start little and then in a couple moths add some custom modules to allow third party advertising and other stuff.
Please reply as soon as possible. He wants a quote tomorrow morning.
