Well, it seems to me like it is the problem. I noticed that depending on the settings in export I can either find the word latin1 or not in export file .sql.

Unfortunately "AddDefaultCharset utf-8" in .htaccess didn't do a job at all. How about the way you export and import database ? Should I use any specific setting for it ?
