    That does work very well. On several of my pages it said the gif was animated and flickering, yet neither was true, as neither is animated. I wonder if that's just because they are gifs?

    I believe that to render how I wanted it to look, I removed the inner and outer divs, floated the left col, and everything worked just how I wanted, and IE didn't mess it up.

    Another question regarding mysql host path. My old server was just localhost, but the new one uses mysql*.domain.com or an IP address. Is using the domain better or worse than the IP?
