Field Type URL with Anchor Text

I've titled this thread as per the original request on the forum.

This addon takes two new fields in the listing. One forms the url for a link, the other forms the visible (anchor) text of that link.
There is an option for a separate caption if required, compatible with the Lang function, or using a default set in the addon.
There is also a CSS option if you don't want the page default style.

Full (I hope) instructions are in the txt file within the zip.
