Thread: Searching Within The Listing Editor?(Added 1.1.4)

I was wondering if there is a way to search the Listing Editor within the Admin area of OpenRealty. It is a great program, especially for my visitors. However, I have over 250 listings in the program and it has become very difficult to find a particular property from the Listing Editor.

How do you guys do it? Do you browse through 20+ pages until you find the one you want? I am open to any ideas.

One idea I had is to find the listing by listing number. Is there a way to show the listing number to my website visitors in their search results?

If so I could then ask them for the listing number and then easily browse to that listing within the Admin Listing Editor.

Thanks so much for your time and help and effort.

The link in the above post points to a solution I think will work, but it may as well be greek to me!

Does anyone know how to add that feature to the listing editor or at least what line to start adding the code at?

I tried adding the code to my page, but I did not know where to put it within the page. Is there a certain spot?

    Any ideas would be great.

    Thanks so much!
