    My recommendation: make a new and fresh install (not an update). And it is the same as OR... install it wherever you want. AFTER... make a second test: update a copy of your actual site - install it at the same folder of your copy, the same as OR!

    i am sorry but i still don't get it
    i uploaded in the same diroctory and it created some files including add on
    so what should i do next or where can i see it what i should do next

    My post #19:
    "IF you are talking about template files, you will need to copy/paste your modifications to the template files included at UMP (just because UMP will always use site templates named the same as the languages: en, es, fr,...)"

    here what i did
    i deleted the folder from the templates called en
    then i uploaded my old file cms_integration with the new name en
    but now nothing shows
    ?

    First: you are trying to install it with Joomla --> don't try. With Joomla use CMS Realty.
    Second: you are talking about template files so you need to look the source code of these files and copy/paste your style - I can't say more! You can't just remove all the code from template files within UMP.
