Just a thought, optimize the big picture (hdrhard4.gif) on top a bit. The logo is not so clear I think. I think saving this as a JPEG maybe is a better choise. You can make it a bit smaller too and use a 1px wide backgroundimage in the table or even in the body.

I like the site, simple but good.

One little thing in your "Listings Form Editor" there's a "|" that must be deleted in front of "Patio/Deck" .

don't use frame... it makes your site looks not too professional... look around and see none of cool websites use frame.

The only things I would consider is switching away from frames. Another way is to iframe the main content. If your decide to do that, just be sure to make the iframe's scrollbar red,white and blue or something to that effect. The user who mentioned the top image was right, clean it up a little and your off to a great site.
