    Default Xinha Image Manager no longer displays image thumbnail

    Out of the blue when I use the page editor to upload an image it no longer displays the thumbnail.

    It inserts the image ok and displays it in the resulting page on the site ok but what happen to the thumbnail in the Image Manager?

    This started as a permissions problem when trying to upload a new image which seemed to be resolved by setting permissions of the folders to 777.
    Folders set to 777:
    page_upload
    6
    null

    Now it uploads the image but no thumbnail.
