Need OR display to look like this model

If you visit http://www.wallaceproperties.com/listings/ and see:

1. how the featured listings are displayed with a short description in addition to the photo and title
2. If you click on a listing and view details you'll notice there's a table describing the 'available space(s)' in the building (commercial buildings)
3. Notice in the details 'Supporting Documents' which provides for multiple PDF files to be uploaded/downloaded
4. rearrange OR details template to match this sample site

There will be file uploads in Open-Realty 2.5 which will hopefully be released in April to handle the PDF File uploads per listing.

The rest of what you need would all be template issues which a good template designer could handle without too much trouble. There are several of them on these forums you should try contact.
