This whole site was designed using the vertical_menu template as the base, then I modified the pages inside the template to get the full effect. the pages which are to be modified to get the final result are :

main.html
(this is the main templeate which will be used as base whose layout i changed using frontpage )

featured_listing_vertical.html
(this is the featured listing which will be displayed in the home page, I changed the box layout and colors in frontpage)

search_result_box.html
(this page is generated when we do some search, modified the layout using frontpage, and added some css mouse over effect)

listing_detail_mainjavacolumn.html
(this is the page with properties details which we see when we click know more button. Designing this page was little bit difficult as it required modification in the files in include directory : images.inc.php,misc.inc.php,listing.inc.php,search .inc.php)

the software used to design the site were adobe livemotion, swishmax, microsoft expression, PSpad.

hii well done great job! i like it. The quesion is i would like to change contact agent link with a image like as your page i tried it many times but failed.i want to use some icons as yours (printer friendly, send your friend and contact agent) if you could help me i would be gratefull.

In order to add search box in the frontpage you should go to the template directory and edit the main.html page and add the following line where ever you want the search box:
{templated_search_form} {search_fields} {/templated_search_form}
