    Default How is the calculator called?

    I am currently looking into fixing the way the calculator looks in templates and would like to know how it is called when using the default hooks. I have looked in the calculators.inc.php file but neither of the two functions seems to chainload the other. Is there some special way in which OR calls them that I am missing?

    Almost all of OR's include files (*.inc.php) are PHP classes that contain multiple related child functions.

    The "hooks" you are looking for are called class instantiations and objects. The word "chainload" however, does not appear in the PHP documentation.

    include ('calculators.inc.php');

    $calcs= new(calculators);

    $display = $calcs::writemenu;

    $display .= $calcs::start_calc;

    echo $display;

    Why doesn't the word "chainload" appear in OR docs... its a sweet word...

    OR is great in the sense it is programmed in such a fashion it is highly extensible and able to be ported to many applications.

    I see sites that do more than just real estate with the application.

    Thanks. I'm a bit new to PHP so I'm not familiar with the nomenclature as well as I should be. I appreciate it.
