    Default Email Listing Notification don't work

    Hi everybody,
    After upgrade from 2.4.3 to 2.5.2 I have several problems, one I fix and is described on tread:

    Now I found another problem, the e-mail notification if somebody list a new listing don’t work anymore, the settings are all ok, (don’t change anyway after upgrade), I get the mail if somebody sign up and the contact Agent work to! Only the new listing mails don’t work!?

    Try doing a search here for "notification".

    Where you say "somebody", you mean "agents", right?
    Do you have "moderate listings" set to "yes"? If you do, the emails are not going to be sent because the listings are set as inactive.

    Moderate listing is on: no
    Email Listing Notification: YES Should the site admin receive an email notification if someone adds a listing?

    It work's before upgrade!?

    You are right. I have just simulated it at two O-R installs and I got no email.
    So my suggestion is to post a ticket at Bug Report area.

    The problem was a line was commented out in order to use the new mailing function in the software but we never added the new line or didn't commit it once we did.

    I'm having the same problem.

    I checked the "Bug report", but it just says the problem has been corrected and the feature should now work.

    My upgrade was based on files downloaded AFTER the bug was corrected, yet I'm still experiencing the issue.

    Can you describe which line in which file needs to be corrected, so we don't have to re-download and re-upload ALL of the files after the O-R zip file is corrected.
