I downloaded a your script from hotscripts and have done somethings to it. It is almost ready to go, but when I was trying to update a page, I some how deleted something that I needed so that now when I click on the disclaimer link I get these messages:

Also I had put a link for the Admin Login, on the top template which I have seemed to have lost.... this was to be at the top of each of the pages. But I can't remember what I did to put that log in on there.
Other things that I am interested in are on the home page I have placed image place marks on the top template which I would like to put featured listings on. I would like for that to show up on all of the pages in the same place and to be connected to the features page. I would like to remove the button that goes to the features page. When you go into listings or features or any of those pages and click I would like to be able to have the agents picture also show up on that page and a link to their website. Also when you click the photo of the image it takes you to another page with the same picture and more information, I need to put something there that tells them to click that picture also. When they click that it brings you to a page which shows a large picture. Is it possible to have 3 or four pictures that size on the same page. (i.e. living room, dining room, etc.)
Lastly I need to put the bottom template on the home page and is there a way that the home page can also be edited through the agent login. Also I would like to remove the homes acreage and commercial links, and have all of that included in the search listings. I would like to add a button that would go to a page of city links and features which I will build.
Oh, one last thing, when I click in to the agent login, there is a link to the home page, but when you click on it, it takes you to the old home page instead of the current, that would also need to be changed..... Ok, maybe all of this will take a little more than the 1/2 hour that I stated. If you can help me please let me know and let me know the costs and how long it would take.... I am terribly overtime with this project so would need it as quickly as possible.
Also I need a drop down box on all of the the search pages including the first page that allows the customer to search by:
1. Area
2. Price Range
3. Number of Bedrooms
4. Number of Baths
On the realtor search page they should be able to search by
1. Realtor Name
2. Realtors Company
I also need to know how to change the background images on the pages.
I have just taken way too long on this and family relations are runnig very strained right now.... (I have bitten off more than I can chew, in other words.
I don't understand the PHP language. Is there someone who could take a look at the site and help me get these things done? I am on a tight budget, but I will be happy to pay a reasonable price for your help.
