Your "zip" file have a file not used by O-R (user_lang.php).

The most updated Italian language files can be found at:
    [EDITED]deleted dead links[/EDITED]

If you know there is the need to fix those files, please send the fixed files to me (ebmarques at gmail dot com).

If you wish to help us with UMP, you can also find Italian files at:

    I am curious... That's all!
At O-R we have three type of "users": members, agents and admin.
As I understand, "user" can be the above plus the public that visit a Website (but I would not call "user" the one that can register itself at O-R - this one, will be a member or an agent).

That said, you are translating "member" to "utente". So I ask:
If you agree with me, don't you should be translating to "membri"?

More... Wich is correct in Italian:
    - "Template" or "Modello" ?
    - "modificare" or "editare" ?
    - "per quindici giorni" or "per quindicina" ?
    - "Nome del destinatario" or "Nome dell'amico" ?
    - "Modificata Immagine dell'Annuncio" or "Modificata Immagine Annuncio" ?
    - "Puč esportare annunci" or "Puň esportare annunci" ?
    - "Annunci presentati" or "Annunci in primo piano" ?
    - "visione" or "annunci" ? (as translation to "viewing")

I have more... ...may I post more questions?

    Thanks a lot,
    Eduardo

With the word "user" i mean "registered user", if you agree and you like it, we can put "registered user" instead of members, in italian: "utente registrato"

    - "Template" or "Modello"?

"Modello" is the literary translation, but you can use both. For those who do not know English is better "modello"

    - "modificare" or "editare" ?

    IDEM

    - "per quindici giorni" or "per quindicina" ?

"Quindicina" (fortnight) is a way to say Italian, but they are synonyms.
In spoken italian is better use "quindicina"

    - "Nome del destinatario" or "Nome dell'amico" ?

The site says: "Send page to a friend", so I think is better say "Friend's name"... I think :-)

    - "Modificata Immagine dell'Annuncio" or "Modificata Immagine Annuncio" ?
    (and Cancellata Immagine dell'Annuncio")

If I use first case, I have an SQL ERROR during LOG insert when I try to insert or delete an image, because SQL COMMAND don't like apostrophe.

    - "Puč esportare annunci" or "Puň esportare annunci" ?

Puč is incorrect.. is an mispelling error

    - "Annunci presentati" or "Annunci in primo piano" ?

"Annunci presentati" has little meaning, it is more understandable to say "Annunci presenti" or "Annunci in archivio". In my case i prefer "Annunci in primo piano" to attirate the attention of people

    - "visione" or "annunci" ? (as translation to "viewing")

Where is the "viewing" field, in Italian is better understood if it says "risultati", as the results of searching, or the listing of announces... i have just realize the better word to use in this moment!

Here is the link to my webpage, if someone would need more information or modified files for modules, can write me down.

Thank you very much for the explanations!

For the above... You can use apostrophe at PHP. But you need to use it right.
    Both ways are correct:
    PHP Code:
    $lang['log_updated_listing_image'] = "Modificata Immagine dell'Annuncio"
    or
    PHP Code:
    $lang['log_updated_listing_image'] = 'Modificata Immagine dell\'Annuncio'
    Using quotes ("):
    PHP Code:
    $lang['just_an_example'] = "Giusto \"un\" esempio"
    or
    PHP Code:
    $lang['just_an_example'] = 'Giusto "un" esempio'
Would you help us to update the Italian files you can find at:
    http://code.google.com/p/ump-or/wiki/Translations

    Thanks!
