    It sounds like the PHP server is not configured to output errors to the APACHE error log.

    Uhhh..?
    I have No idea what that means but I'm sure you're right.

    I just checked the Error Logs again and it doesn't show any new errors.
    It would add an Error each time the page is accessed right?

    Yep it would, contact your host and have them check into it. They likely have php logging errors elsewhere IF they are logging them. If not they will need to enable error logging so we know what the error is.

    In the meantime, I would suggest verifying that all the files were uploaded properly, starting with the install folder and seeing if re-uploading everything may fix the error when accessing the installer.

    They're not back in until Monday. I'll re-install and see what happens.

    In that case you'll have to wait till Monday for your host to get back to you and let you know what the server error is so either they can address it or we can try to help you out with it.

    Also, as a side note, may want to consider a better host. While I certainly understand slow support on weekends and after hours, I, personally would find it completely unacceptable for my host that I am paying good money to host my mission critical site with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to not have some sort of support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    That means the permissions are bad on 'index.php'. CHMOD 755 is probably what you want to use, but your host will be able to tell you exactly what to use.

    Exclamation Re: Ugh! Tried Upgrade and getting errors..

    I think I spoke too soon.
    Jut got an email.. well about 4 saying this:

    SQL Error Message: Unknown column 'userdb_rank' in 'order clause'
    SQL statement that failed below:
    ---------------------------------------------------------
    SELECT count(userdb_id) as user_count FROM default_en_userdb where userdb_is_agent = 'yes' and userdb_active = 'yes' order by userdb_rank,userdb_user_name

    ---------------------------------------------------------

    POST Variables: array (
    )
    GET Variables: array (
    'action' => 'view_users',
    'printer_friendly' => false,
    )

    What is that?

    And probably more importantly.. I have no Admin area!
    Didn't think to look at it earlier.
    I tried to go there after getting the emails and its not there.
    Basically I just see the template for the main page..
    http://section8hudhomes.com/listings/admin/
    What do I have to do?
    I didn't see an extra step in the Docs for Admin area.

    Thanks again..
