    Forgot ,
    when you hoover over the top nav bar you will see the effect.
    It does only happen on the youtube videos not on the normal OR elements.

    Cool Re: Ebedded Media Conflict with Navbar

    Tasos
    you must add <param name="wmode" value="opaque" /> and wmode="opaque" on <embed> tag

    replace you object with this and your problem will be solved

    Code:
    <object width="535" height="364">
    <param value="http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/v/Hba59IbfsXU&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1&amp;color1=0x2b405b&amp;color2=0x6b8ab6&amp;border=1" name="movie" />
    <param value="true" name="allowFullScreen" />
    <param value="always" name="allowscriptaccess" />
    <param name="wmode" value="opaque" />
    <embed wmode="opaque" width="535" height="364" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/v/Hba59IbfsXU&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1&amp;color1=0x2b405b&amp;color2=0x6b8ab6&amp;border=1"></embed></object>

    Thanks bendix it works in Firefox 3.5.5.

    I will test it also in Safary , IE8 and Opera to see if it was solved there too.

    Thanks.

    Correct me if I'm wrong , but this means for every Youtube video this would be necessary to be done.
    Is there a way to have this in the style sheet included?

    Windows XP Home:

    Passed the test on;

    IE 8
    FF 3.5.5
    Opera 10.00
    Chrome 3.0.195.33
    Safari 4.0.4

    Did you find your answer before I got back to reply?

    Video & Menu works as it should.

    IE 8
    Chrome 3.0.195.33
    Safari 4.0.4

    Your quicklink icons go off the right side of the page... CSS issue.

    IE 8

    In the main body content, the background image is miss aligned perhaps the grey stiped bar is around 50-60 pixes inside the white space...

    Otherwise, looks great.

    How are you including the object?

    If this video is embeded via html insert on page edit you will have to add it manually.

    Or if you want to write an addon or mod a editor to click include and select the option/values for paramaters.

    I checked the browser also.
    Mistake on my side since I missed the flash plugin on IE8 and Safari.

    You are correct the footer nav icons are placed outside the frame, will look into the CSS .

    To answer your question regarding the video, I just take the html and paste it into the editor.
    Same way I did on the old O-R version 2.5.4. There it works without additions.
    But what I don't have on this one , is the Youtube plugin from Paul.
    Not sure if this has something to do with.

    Please clarify which Paul you are referring to. I have never released any youtube addon.
