This is not my first Open-Realty site.
But it is my first attempt to get it just right.

It validates strict DTD. (the rss does not. should it?)

It is a single agent and they have limited property, so they didn't want searching capability.

Our first one together, they went with the multi-lingual version of the script and with much thought and playing around with SEO have decided to revert back to a single language.

They wanted to go with the high visibility of their personal email address and phone number within the header. I made my argument against it, but in the end it's what they wanted.

Currently finishing up meta tags, and thought I would get your opinions while I do that.

Thank you again for the support all experienced ones have been giving here. Between the Forum search box and the advice of the community to each other, i would never have ventured to give Open-Realty a go.
