    Default Featured Separator Problem

    Hi All

    Sorted out my original problem with the picture size for Featured Listings but now just have the problem of the separator between each Featured Listing. I have found where it should be amended in the Admin section but I cant figure out what the code should be. At present it is a simple break <br /> which was fine when the pics where 75px x 100px but now that I amended them to 150px x 200px they are overlapping each other.

    My site is here - it is only a test site while I try to get to grips with OR

    http://www.costa-media.com

    Appreciate any help.

    Cheers, Dave

    ps. If there is an addon for Featured Properties that is better than the default would love to hear about it.

    Amazing piece of kit this. A quick little backup and a bit of tinkering, then replacing the wrecked file and starting again and eventually you can solve the problem.

    All sorted now, just need to either centre them or find a scrolling addon if there is one

    Hi Dave
    ref: http://www.costa-media.com

    you have an image "http://10.0.0.110/open-realty/images/hori_large.png" which the site is calling which is making
    your site load very slow on all the listings.

    See this tool:
    http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/?url=ht...=1/&id=2460120
    it will tell you how long it is taking to load the page

    Hi Albert

    Thanks for pointing that out. Have you seen this sort of thing before as I have no idea why it is doing that. The image 'hori_large.png' is only 2.46 KB and it is not even in the Template folder - could the problem be because it is trying to locate it at http://10.0.0.110 (no clue what this is either)

    Cheers

    Dave

    Hi

    I found it.

    Look in your css file and search "10.0.0.110"

    this is what I found:
    a.browse{background:url('http://10.0.0.110/open-realty/images/hori_large.png') no-repeat;display:block;width:30px;height:30px;float: left;margin:40px 10px;cursor:pointer;font-size:1px;}

    That is a bug that shipped with the template.

    change that CSS line to this:

    Code:
    a.browse{background:url('{baseurl}/images/hori_large.png') no-repeat;display:block;width:30px;height:30px;float:left;margin:40px 10px;cursor:pointer;font-size:1px;}

    Hi

    Just so you all know it's the style_main.css in the lazuli template folder.
