I am looking at a template and see id=banner and other id= references but I don't happen to see where they are all defined. Thank you for the help.

Sounds like a CSS stylesheet ID declaration to me. In the CSS file for that template there should be an entry beginning with #banner and one for #references

Thank you, my search function was stuck on Grep and wasnt finding anything in any of the pages i searched for. upon your recommendation I manually found it and then realized the grep was on. Thank you very much for the help.
One more question I am sure you can help with. What file does the {content} tag direct to when you are on the home page? I am getting double featured listings / listings when I leave the tag on the home page. Thank you.
