Default Database password changed by mistake at host, site is down

    Hi . . .

The database password has been changed at my host company and my site is down. How do I go in and add the new password in the admin? I do not see a config file in the server. Since I cannot call up the admin page but is there a server file where I can add this new database password?

    thank you,
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel

If you can get to your phpmyadmin for your site then you can do this.

once you are in phpmyadmin look for userdb

then look for your user name when you have found it, click to edit.

Here is the new code you need to add for userdb_user_password

Save then go to the Open Realty admin page.

The password will now be password
