    Default Verification Code

    If I enable "Use image verification on signup page:"
    I get this message

    Message: Unterminated string constant
    Line: 406
    Char: 110
    Code: 0
    URI: http://#########.com/member_signup.html

    It is also looking for an image at http://192.168.0.14/or4/include/clas...audio_icon.gif with links to a file called secureimage_play.mp3.

    Any ideas
    Thank You

    I can confirm the missing audio icon and have the same incorrect URL in my installation too:

    img border="0" align="top" onclick="this.blur()" alt="Audio Version" src="http://192.168.0.14/or4/include/class/secureimage/images/audio_icon.gif"
    sending in support request....

    O.K. so change the link.
    Code:
    src="http://192.168.0.14/or4/include/class/secureimage/images
    to
    Code:
    src="http://{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/images

    Both "agent_signup.html" and "member_signup.html" template files need to have:
    FROM:
    Code:
    <div style=" text-align: left;">
    <span style="font-weight: bold;">Enter Security Code below</span>...
    ...
    </div>
    TO:
    Code:
    <div style=" text-align: left;">
    <span style="font-weight: bold;">Enter Security Code below</span><span>*&nbsp;</span><br />
    <img id="captcha" align="left" style="padding-right: 5px; border: 0" src="{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/securimage_show.php" alt="CAPTCHA Image" />
    <a style="border-style: none" href="{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/securimage_play.php" title="Audible Version of Security image"><img src="{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/images/audio_icon.gif" alt="Audio Version" align="top" border="0" onclick="this.blur()" /></a><br />
    <a style="border-style: none" href="#" title="Refresh Image" onclick="document.getElementById('captcha').src = '{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/securimage_show.php?sid=' + Math.random(); return false"><img src="{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/images/refresh.gif" alt="Reload Image" border="0" onclick="this.blur()" align="bottom" /></a>
    </div>
    Having as above, the error will be gone.
    p.s.: Above, I have not fixed the HTML code to make it valid XHTML STRICT - actually it is not.

    I was just about to reply to SandKing then I saw Eduardo's post so i will try it later but in answer to SandKing

    This is what I found in the member_signup.html on line 52

    Code:
                          <a style="border-style: none" href="#" title="Refresh Image" onclick="document.getElementById('captcha').src = '{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/images/refresh.gif" alt="Reload Image" border="0" onclick="this.blur()" align="bottom" /></a>
    if I remove the above line, the java script error goes away.

    You have a javascript unterminated string constant like it says. There are only 2 javascript statements on line 406:

    Change this:
    Code:
    onclick="document.getElementById('captcha').src = '{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/images/refresh.gif"
    to this:

    Code:
    onclick="document.getElementById('captcha').src = '{baseurl}/include/class/secureimage/images/refresh.gif' "
    note the single quote I added at the end of the path to the file?

    Whenever working with quotes, always make sure you have an even number of each in a given statement, if you are missing one, the string's contents the quotes would enclose are "unterminated".

    Thanks for the fix. I did not notice that but it needs to be noted that this is the actual file included in the lazuli template in OR 3.
    This need to be fixed in member_signup.html in the Open Realt 3 package. I think they need to have a good check of that file because there was a second issue with this line

    <script type="text/javascript"><!--
    $(document).ready(function(){
    $("#usersignup").validate({meta: "validate"});
    });
    --></script>

    Error Message: Object doesn't support this property or method
    File: member_signup.html

    Where is that coming from?

    This is not from my template but rather from a file in the Open Realty package
