    Default non-object fatal error

    I posted this before, but for some reason when I click on it to see if there are any responses, I get a cannot be displayed error, I think that may be because this forum puts the title in the url too, and I think this error causes the url to not look right or something. anyhow, here it is again:

    Getting this error after/during first new install:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function execute() on a non-object in /home/path/public_html/include/class/adodb/session/adodb-session.php on line 61

    What can I do to fix it?

    thanks,
    Richard

    Here is the version(s) of my system:
    (All requirements on this page: Server Requirements of this site are installed)
    OpenRealty version: Current 3.1.6 FREE (want to test it extensively and play with it to see if it will work for my investment properties)
    PHP Version 5.3.5
    MySQL: 5.1.56

    Thanks

    Edit your post and disclose the exact version of OR you are using. You need to disclose that any time you create a thread.

    Hi,

    Does your include/common.php file contain a line that looks like this?

    global $config, $conn, $db_type,$api,$ADODB_SESSION_DRIVER,$ADODB_SESSION _CONNECT,$ADODB_SESSION_USER,$ADODB_SESSION_PWD,$A DODB_SESSION_DB,$ADODB_SESSION_TBL;

    No that line needs to be there, I am making sure it was not missing. Can you use phpMyAdmin and run the following SQL command against your Open-Realty database, "SHOW TABLES;" It will output a list of off the tables in your database, please paste that list here.
