Simple Green Property Portal Template

This is a simple green property portal template.

Good looking for farm and land sales sites, etc, with the green feel to it.

The main content table is 80% of the broswer width so viewing it in smaller windows tends to throw things out

You will also have to center the table in index and search pages, to get it 100%

The default css style sheet for generic theme is included, change the css to make this really good looking.

Install Instructions:

1. Simply upload the temp-03 folder to your templates directory
2. Change the template setting in common.php to point to the new template

I put that template together in just 60 mins, using the blue portal theme as a base, i used a simple html template and tryed to keep things clean looking, maybe looking at it, i should have made the main table width 100% instead of 80%, as when viewing it in smaller window size the dimensions aren't right

Its only my second template i have added so far, i will be creating a selection of other simple html templates in different styles, which i will add over the next few days.

Hopfully in a few weeks we can have enough templates here to ask the mods to install them all in a templates demo ( with the templates switcher ), like they do on mambohut.com for mambo templates

It might be usefull for users to be able to look threw all the templates available in a templates demo and get a idea of which theme they would like to use on there sites

Small Screen captures might also be usefull to post on each template download thread, so users get a idea of the look of the theme without even having to click demo links etc

i can't get the template switcher to work on my server, so soon i will not be able to post links to demos of each template set thats uploaded

I like it. So many templates have too small text I can;t read! I like your test size and the rest of the layout.
