No index file appears - Admin panel half-broken

I am very confused as to what is currently occuring with my installation. The site I am having difficulty with is:

Call Renate
Admin Panel

The main index.php appears as a completely blank file. Worse yet, all the other php files, including aboutus, and legal, appear as blank. The admin page will not accept admin/password and also will not allow me to construct any new users. It seems that a major part of this installation is missing. I already completely removed and reinstalled this file three times, but to no avail. I have emptied the mysql databases and started over from scratch, but it still will not let me access the system. Please help.

You are trying to install the 1.X version of OR. This forum is for the 2.X version, I would suggest trying 2.0.1 out and seein gif you dont have better luck
