I have a real estate sign post service for agents and homeowners. I am upgrading my site and working on the front end design, have some html knowledge, but need a pro to do the rest. I am looking to have the site allow the following:
Client (agent) Login to manage their account. Within the account they can add, edit and delete a listing. Essentially this function would:
Add-create a request for sign service, (with various options),
Edit-order move sign post, replace missing post, etc.
Delete- Pick up post, house sold or listing terminated.
Additional functions desired:
Create reports by agent & age of listing.
We photograph the listing when service is done, so the photo would be uploaded, then agent could be notified of the posting confirmation.
This could be stored in a gallery, where agents can share info or download the photo
Ultimately I'd love to have the report/statement be used in billing clients.
For homeowners the process is simpler, just a request for service, maybe payment throug paypal, and request is emailed to me. Email notification is not necessary if I could have an admin panel that manages the orders.
Am I crazy to think this would work in OR? ANy suggestions or quotes? I can elaborate more with a PM.
